Number of employees required – full/part-time, seasonal, etc. Aboriginal, Non-Aboriginal. What skill level is required for what positions. How will you recruit and retain staff. Method of payment – hourly, salary, etc. What workplace insurance, benefits and permits are required. including cost. What sort of training will be required and costs. Policies on vacation & sick time, raises & bonuses. Expectations of your employees – output/results (quality, quantity etc).
